Juiceblendz is the latest to join the food truck craze. This local chain has 14 locations, mostly at universities, areas and hospitals. They specialize in food on the run -- healthy smoothies and wraps so this fits into their business model.

Juiceblendz serves lighter foods. "Saladz" like Asian Blend, Kickin' Chicken and Caesar make for a welcome starter before moving onto meatier options or meals. "Smoothiez" are made with fresh fruit and non-fat milk.  Juiceblendz debuts at Peterson's Harley Davidson tonight.

Food trucks are rolling out at three different locations this evening, so most everyone in the Miami area can find a location that suits them. Locations are:

Peterson's Harley Davidson South's Thursday party continues with about ten food trucks, music, and motorcycles. Features include plenty of parking and real bathrooms inside the showroom. Trucks scheduled to serve dinner from 6 to 10 p.m. are: Grill Master Cafe, Catered Bliss, Clarabelle's Cupcakes, Chef on 4 Wheels, Juiceblendz, Wing Commander, Churro Mania 19825 South Dixie Highway, Miami

Totally Truckin' Thursday is once again at the parking lot behind the Publix on 48th Street & Biscayne Boulevard. Trucks dishing from 5:30 to 10 p.m. include: The Rolling Stove, Miso Hungry, Jefe's Original Fish Taco, Dolci Pecatti Gelato, Sugar Yummy Mama, The MexZican, MonTaco, Ms. Cheezious 4800 Biscayne Boulevard, Miami

Common Threads Benefit will feature Chef Jeremiah's GastroPod tonight from 6 to 10 p.m. A portion of proceeds will benefit Common Threads. 9517 Harding Avenue, Surfside
