After dinner, keep the party going at SL Miami, a new ultra-lounge that has just opened at the James Royal Palm. The 2,160-square-foot ultra-lounge and nightclub also has a flagship in New York's Meatpacking district, and features 150 backlit X-ray light panels and a corridor of champagne coolers.

The James Royal Palm is also home to Florida Cookery, Kris Wessel's restaurant that opened in November.
