Viceroy's Bistro e has raised the bar on Brickell happy hours by
lowering the prices on signature sake cocktails and sushi rolls. The deal is called the $5 After 5 p.m. Sushi and Sake Happy Hour. Sushi Chef
Tua, who was previously with Sushi Maki, has been rolling creative

the Eos raspberry cocktail, with four fresh raspberries, raspberry
vodka, sake, and club soda, and Japanese lychee with lemonade and
sake.

juices with lemon; it's then shaken with Martin Millers Dry Gin, house-made clover honey
syrup, and finished with a dash of Regan's No. 6 orange bitters. The whole thing is garnished with a cucumber slice.
I also sampled two rolls: salmon with cream cheese, smoked
salmon, and sweet chili sauce -- and the spicy tuna with kaiware,
yamagobo, albacore, and ponzu sauce. The sushi is rich and flavorful,
and comes in generous-size rolls. Sushi is available at Bistro e
beginning at 11 a.m., Monday to Friday.
e is located on the 15th floor of Viceroy Miami, sharing the same
level as the stunning infinity pool. It's open seven days a week,
serving breakfast from 6:30 a.m. to 11 a.m. and lunch from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.
The $5 After 5 p.m. Sushi and Sake Happy Hour is offered from 4 p.m.
to 7 p.m., Monday through Friday. Eos opens for dinner from 7 p.m. to 11 p.m.
Valet parking is $5 with validation. Walk-ins welcomed.
