God gave Juergen Heinricher a tree trunk for a neck. Brevard County Sheriff's Deputies gave him a ride to jail.

The 30-year-old Melbourne man was arrested after a nurse caught him skinny dipping in a pool with his girlfriend's 11-year-old daughter, and then trying to lock the nurse in a bedroom. He's now up to that very neck in criminal charges.

The nurse regularly treats Heinricher for a medical condition and arrived at his home Saturday afternoon. The man was home alone with the children of a woman he had recently begun dating after meeting online, according to WPTV. Nothing particularly strange about that, except for the fact that Heinricher was swimming in the pool completely naked with the 11-year-old girl. The girl was clothed.

Heinricher then tried to forcibly pull the nurse into a bedroom with his arm. When she resisted, he locked the front door.

He was arrested and charged with lewd and lascivious behavior involving a minor younger than 16, false imprisonment and battery on a health care official. His bond has been set at $110,000, and a judge has ordered him not to have contact with anyone under the age of 18.
