It's been months now since we successfully survived the invasion of the guidos of the Jersey Shore, and sadly (for Riptide pageviews, anyway) they quickly returned to their home planet of Seaside Heights, New Jersey, to record season three. It premiers tonight and begs the question: Are the guidos more entertaining in their home environment, or is there something about Miami that just makes everything better?

As The Situation himself says, the girls in Jersey are easier than their Miami counterparts, and, let's admit that as trashy as Miami Beach can sometimes (delightfully, we might add) get, it really never sinks to the garbage dump levels of the Jersey Shore.

And while this season may be absent of Angelina, there's a new little nugget of sleaze to take her place. Here she explains why she got black-out drunk and then naked on her first day of shooting:



It was sort of fun to watch them take on our hometown, but let's admit it, I think everyone is glad they're back where they belong. We'll just have to see if they actually come back to Miami for season 4.
