If the person's waist exceeds 33.5 inches (35.4 if they're a woman) then they will be subject to three months of dieting guidance. I guess sumo wrestlers are exempt from this law.

Another Developer Bites The Dust - Reynaldo Diaz received housing money from the county to develop affordable housing. He pocketed the money instead. He was sentenced to three years probation and 326 days of work with Habitat for Humanity. Despite the fact that he has returned the nearly 1 million dollars he kept, he still got off damn easy (especially when you consider he was facing 30 years in prison).
