Japan Outlaws Obesity - The Japanese government passed a law that states that people from the ages of 40 to 74 shall have their waistline measured during their regular checkups. Chavez Predicts $200 Per Barrel of Crude - As if it wasn't bad enough that oil prices continue to sky rocket, the world's fifth largest supplier of oil predicts that this isn't going to end any time soon.
