Moody's Economy.com says housing prices in Miami-Dade and most other southern Florida counties won't recover until 2030. The predictions are based on Fiserv's Leading Case-Shiller Home Price Indexes.
Few areas outside South Florida are predicted to take that long to recover. Most other counties sharing that long road to house-price recovery are located in Southern California and surrounding states.
