The gist is that Rubio has been a big ol' disappointment to the conservative movement with all of his lobbyin' and spendin'. Of course, polls don't show this, so Crist is trying to let everyone know that. Oh, there's also the phrase "The Republican Obama," originally meant as a compliment, but refashioned here as an insult.
