Just months after her untimely death in a plane crash, Mexican-American singer Jenni Rivera cleaned up with five trophies at the Premio Lo Nuestro awards last night in Miami. Her son, in town for the award show, wound up behind bars.

Twenty-two-year-old Trinidad Angelo Marin, also known as Michael Marin, was picked up by Miami Beach police last night on vandalism charges. E! reports that Marin was found with black solid marker, White-Out pen and "graffiti stickers." The estimated amount of damage he caused was between $200 and $1,000.

Rivera was tagging with help of a friend, and was originally spotted by an officer tagging a sign with a marker in the 1600 block of Washington Ave. He then handed a sticker to his friend who placed it on another nearby sign.

Marin and his friend were arrested on the spot. He's since been released on $1,000 bail.
