Matt Damon is apparently moving out of Miami Beach.  Seven years after buying his North Bay Road mansion, the actor has put the spread on the market for a cool $20 million.

Damon bought two lots to create the property, one for $10.3 million and another for $4.2 million, in 2006. Then, last year, Damon bought a $15 million pad in the Pacific Palisades neighborhood of Los Angeles on the same street as his BFF Ben Affleck.

Damon met his wife, Luciana Bozán Barroso, while she was working as a waitress in Miami and he was shooting the comedy Stuck on You, and he moved here permanently shortly thereafter. The pair's two daughters are both Miami natives.

According to AOL's real estate blog, the 12,705-square-foot home sits directly on Biscayne Bay and include a home theater, wine cellar, gourmet kitchen, and spa-quality bathroom. The property also comes with a two-bedroom guest house.

The listing is being handled by local luxury real estate super-gurus the Jills.
