The organizers of the Sony Open cannot catch a break. On the men's side, both Roger Federer and Rafael Nadal have pulled out of the tournament, and today one of the best women's players in the world also announced she'll skip the event.
Victoria Azarenka, ranked third in the world, has decided to pull out to give her ankle a rest. Unlike her boyfriend, Redfoo of LMFAO, she will not be "in Miami, bitch."
"I am very disappointed that I am unable to compete this year in Miami," Azarenka said, according to Yahoo! Sports. "This is one of my favorite events, and the Miami fans are always supportive.
"I have been working very hard to rehab my ankle this week, but unfortunately it is still not fit to play. I look forward to returning next year."

Azarenka's rehab comes just as she's enjoying a hot streak. She hasn't been beaten all year, with a 17-0 record in 2013 and an Australian Open title.
Of course, the women's tourney still has star power with both Williams sisters and Maria Sharapova.
