As promised here are more details on the upcoming Identity Festival, which stops in Miami August 25. The one-day event will happen at the recently renamed Bayfront Park Amphitheater, now known as Klipsch Amphitheater at Bayfront Park.
Early bird tickets will go on sale from May 20 to 22 via idfestival.com.
The lineup includes Kaskade, Pretty Lights, Rusko, Avicii, Steve Aoki, Disco Biscuits, DJ Shadow, Skrillex, Pete Tong, Chuckie, Booka Shade, Modeselektor, The Crystal Method, Holy Ghost!, Nero, Datsik, , Chad Hugo (of N.E.R.D.), Aeroplane, L.A. Riots, Doorly, Nervo, White Shadow, Jessie and the Toy Boys, and The Eye.
Skrillex will be making a one-show appearance only and chances that it will be Miami are slim. Avicii, Pete Tong, and Modeselektor will also be playing a limited amount of shows that may or may not include the Miami stop. Erol Alkan was previously included in the lineup but his name seems to have disappeared from the site, so he's probably dropped out.
Organizers have promised more acts will be announced in the near future.
