Put on your moon walkin' shoes and remind everyone that Billie Jean was not your lover: Michael Jackson passed away from cardiac arrest exactly one year ago today. The King of Pop's untimely death was greeted by a global outpour from fans, as everyone grieved and tried to find their own way to pay tribute.

Billboard has estimated that Jackson has generated at least $1 billion in revenue thanks to loyal fans and then some who rushed to get all the Jackson records and memorabilia they could get their hands on. That's more than he made in his lifetime (his total lifetime earnings were estimated at $500 million, and his net worth was $236 million). But if you didn't get a chance to score one of his unique personal artifacts the first time around, today starting at 5pm EST you can bid on stuff like his signed, red leather jacket from "Beat it" and stage worn, signed penny loafers at Julien's Auctions' Music Icons 2010.

If coming up with a personal tribute to MJ is more your speed, his official site is hosting a "Remembering Michael Jackson" page, where you can share your own tribute with the click of a mouse and the stroke of a keyboard. Their goal is to reach one million tributes, and at 646,482 when last we checked, they're well on their way.

For those of you that would rather see it and can't make it to one of the in-person tributes in LA, Indiana, London, or Philadelphia, Fuse TV will be playing a full four day Michael Jackson Takeover, starting

at 11am today and ending on Sunday with Michael Jackson: A Tribute

(check your local listings). The special will be filled with documentaries, music videos, and world premieres.

See some of the most loved MJ videos after the jump. Our Favorite part? Macaulay Culkin's cameo in "Black or White."
