"Floor is back."
Those were the words of the Miami sludge legends' chief songwriter, vocalist, and guitar guy Steve Brooks when he spoke with Crossfade about the reunion of his cult '90s and early 2000s crew.
Formed in 1992, broken up by '96, back together in '97, near dormant till 2001, and then broken up again by 2003, Floor's tumultuous time together produced only one album ... Till now.

On May 29, Brooks, cofounder Anthony Vialon, and longtime drummer Henry Wilson will finally drop the follow-up to their 2002 self-titled full-length debut.
The new record is called Oblation and it's set to be released through France's Seasons of the Mist label. So far, the band has premiered three tracks: "War Party," "Find Away," and "Sister Sophia."
But the raddest news ... The doom-drone megalith is hitting the road for a 25-city American tour.
