Who's ready for rumba y baile from some of the biggest estrellas en música Latina?

It's the Billboard Latin Music Conference. Going on its 25th cumpleaños, the four day fiesta kicks off April 21 at the JW Marriott Marquis in Downtown.

Hundreds of músicos from across the globe, including Enrique Iglesias, Marc Anthony, Elvis Crespo, and Laura Pausini will make their way to the Magic City to partake in marketing seminars, industry panels, Q&A seshs with the pros, and of course, party with some of most talented showstoppers in the biz.

There are over 30 events to attend, pero no te preocupes, Crossfade's got you covered with the full schedule and conference highlights.

Monday, April 21

Thursday, April 24

7 p.m. The Billboard Latin Music Awards. Presented by State Farm. Produced and broadcast live on Telemundo from the BankUnited Center, 1245 Dauer Dr., Coral Gables.

11:30 p.m. Award Show After Party with Luis Enrique at Soho Studios, 2136 NW 1st Ave., Miami.

After a one-on-one session with the execs on Monday, el salsero Frankie Negron, Los Adolescentes, and Ronald Borjas will get the pachanga started at the Mas y Mas Música Showcase at the Marriott. The party continuará at the Pandora Discovery Den: Noche de Musica Latina at Grand Central with los reggaetoneros Alexis y Fido, Leslie Grace, J. Balvin, and Karlos Rose.

The fun may last all night, but it's back to business on Tuesday with Views on Vevo, an industry Q&A with Rio Caraeff, the CEO of the multimedia company. And then it's the Alternative Marketing from "The Digital Toolbox," where the heads of Sony Music Latin, Buzzfeed, Spotify, ArmySocial, and Gilt City will be giving pointers on how to use technology for your benefit.

La noche comes to an end once again at Grand Central with Sky Blu of LMFAO, who may we remind you revealed he was "coming out with a Spanish song" back in 2012 and somewhat did last year with "Salud" (which features Pitbull's protégé, Sensato), Domino Saints, and other artists from "the new generation of dance music" at Future Sounds: EDM and Beyond.

Wednesday, though, is el día everyone is looking forward to the most and for one reason only: face time with Enrique Iglesias. El español will be celebrating 24 chart toppers and the release of his latest album, Sex+Love.

Oh, y también Marc Anthony, who will discuss the success of "Vivir Mi Vida" and his album 3.0. Italian sensación Laura Pausini will also share her 20 Grandes Éxitos of global music dominance of which she says is "a learning experience for [her] and others."

And since 2014 marks the Billboard Latin's quarter-century anniversary, Luis Fonsi and David Bisbal will be putting on a concert at LIV Wednesday night, which will lead to the conference's grand finale on Thursday.

The locura wraps up April 24 at the Billboard Latin Music Awards in the Gables' BankUnited Center where los cantantes más populares will take home premios for Artist, New Artist, Tour, Social Artist, and Crossover Artist of the year, among others.
