Wines of the World

Wine, cheese, meats... High school was never like this. One of the few advantages of being all grown up is that now you can attend classes like the ones held by wine maven Henry Barrow, who'll spend two hours filling your head with info about the wines of the world while you spend two hours filling your face. The classes meet every Wednesday. Coming up in August are Cabernets around the world (Aug. 17), Pinot Noir (Aug. 24), and Wine 101 (Aug. 31). Cost is $30 each, and they're held at the "Grove Garden Trilogy," where three Coconut Grove restaurants meet: Calamari, Taurus, and La Bottega.
Thursdays, 7 p.m. Starts: Aug. 18. Continues through Aug. 31, 2011
