Hard to believe it's been 20 years since Univision heeded the call to provide more opportunities for Latino entertainment stars to get gussied up and flaunt bling and breasts (enhanced, of course) on the red carpet. It's gone a bit overboard, but Premio Lo Nuestro is the granddaddy. The awards show draws to Miami a yearly influx of stars and starlets, in addition to pop princes and princesses, reggaeton's latest and greatest, and alt-rockers with oddly cropped hairdos — even by rocker standards. And every year, there are highlights and lowlights, best and worst dressed, and, of course, the bated breath with which you eagerly await a wardrobe malfunction.

This Thursday at the American Airlines Arena (601 Biscayne Blvd., Miami), the all-star lineup includes Thalía, Melina León (either of whom could provide a welcomed wardrobe malfunction), Alejandro Fernandez, and Chayanne, among others. There's also a rumor that the Black Eyed Peas will perform, but don't believe everything you read on the Internet.
