Werner Herzog and Pitbull Announce Borscht Film Festival 2011

Mark your calendars. The Borscht Film Festival announced the date and location for their next cinema fest: April 23rd at the Arsht Center. At last year's, we saw working cuts of a flaneur's stroll through Liberty City in "Day N Night Out," which later screened at Cannes, and "Xemoland," an animated short set in Key Biscayne, which recently showed at Sundance. We're grateful these "CCCV Stories," tales from 305's distinct neighborhoods, are showing the world Miami's many faces. As Pitbull grunts from the lips of a young Werner Herzog above, "That's what they get for thinking Miami is just Miami Beach." Word. Follow Borscht on Twitter for festival updates.
