This is Miami, and swanky eateries are kind of what we do. If the 305 weren’t rife with $25 cocktails and truffle-infused everything, where would Jay Z, Beyoncé, and Bill Clinton eat on a Saturday night when they’re passing through? The newest addition to the city’s luxe lineup is Touché Rooftop Lounge & Restaurant (15 NE 11th St., Miami). Helmed by Italian Top Chef star Carla Pellegrino, this fancy, 7,100-square-foot spot offers classics such as meatballs and beef carpaccio, as well as trendier concoctions including Colorado lamb lollipops and salmon harissa. Oh, and sushi and sashimi, of course. Then there’s the 225-seat outdoor lounge, which has everything from a waterfall wall and fire pits to a communal table and LED screens. The lounge sits atop E11even Miami, a 24/7 nightclub and nude cabaret, so there’ll never be a dull moment. The good news: You don’t have to be Jennifer Lawrence to snag a table, or at least not yet.
