The 20 Best Television Shows Returning in 2015

15. Mad Men (AMC)

Your torture is soon coming to an end. Part 2 of the seventh and final season is set to debut in the spring of next year, so you're not too far away from finding out exactly what life has in store for Don Draper and his ad agency pals. Spoiler Alert: whiskey and sex is in store. Probably. I think.

14. The Walking Dead (AMC)

Your favorite post-apocalyptic horror drama television series returns for the second part of season five February 8. In the new trailer it looks like the survivors have had just about enough of everyone's crap, as Rick Grimes and company seemingly take the offensive, possibly foreshadowing them taking back turf from the cannibal-crazies and hospital-nut-jobs they have encountered along the way.

I'm going to go out on a limb and say there will also be zombies, and they will almost bite people, before said people cave their heads in with the business end of a can of yams. Cure for the zombie infection was lost in the last season, so it will be interesting to see where the drama takes us as we creep towards an already approved season 6.

13. The Vampire Diaries (CW)

The teenage heartthrob wasteland returns midseason return January 22.

12. Silicon Valley (HBO)

Mike Judge's hit returns for it's second season April 12. The first eight episodes of this series were a tease, so it will be a welcome return to one of the wittiest and fun shows to air in 2014.

11. Orange Is The New Black (Netflix)

The ladies return for another season of the prison comedy, to be released in 2015

10. True Detective (HBO)

The highly anticipated second season of True Detective (with a new cast) premieres sometime in the summer of 2015, we aren't quite sure when yet -- but as soon as we find out, you'll be the first to know via a million times "Holy shit, yes!" tweets. This season an entire new cast takes the stage, including Vince Vaughn, Rachel McAdams, and Colin Farrell. The hype is epic with this show after a thrilling first season, and it will be interesting to see if the murder mystery dramas sophomore campaign lives up to the initial one.

What we know so far is McAdams and Farrell play the roles of the cops this time around, while Vaughn takes on the role of the embattled crime boss. I'm frickin' stoked, summer can not get here fast enough to see what this one has in store for us.
