Pleasure and T-Pain

Some musicians are known for their instrumental genius, others for their interesting voices. T-Pain is famous for taking a cue from Cher and bringing Auto-Tune to radio stations all over the nation. Not that we mean to disrespect a man once known as Tallahassee Pain (yes, he’s a Floridian). We just recognize what made him infamous. T-Pain has been making beats since he was 10 years old, and his two Grammys are testaments to his success. He’s worked with other famous dudes such as Kanye West and Jamie Foxx and is the founder of the Nappy Boy Entertainment record label. T-Pain loves music so much that he even gave his three children melodic names: Lyriq, Muziq, and Kaydnz. Whoa. At Friday’s We Rock Hip Hop party at Mansion, T-Pain will spin alongside resident DJs Konflikt, Ideal, and EFX. Bring your I am T-Pain iPhone app and sing along.
