Marks South Beach. Marks South Beach Celebrates New Years Eve: Chef Mark Militello invites South Florida diners to ring in the new year in style at Marks South Beach. Marks South Beach is offering an elegant and intimate alternative to celebrate New Years Eve, with two seatings featuring a special five-course tasting menu with an array of choices prepared by executive chef Larry LaValley. The first seating, available to diners between 7 p.m. and 8 p.m., is priced at $125 per person, plus tax and gratuity. For those diners seated between 9:30 p.m. and 10:30 p.m., the cost is $150 per person plus tax and gratuity, including a champagne toast at midnight. Reservations are required.
