Compare your pathetic kitchen skills to the chef’s as you work alongside Brasel preparing achiote-marinated scallops with pineapple-macadamia nut salsa and sweet balsamic glaze, and pink peppercorn-crusted filet mignon with blue crab and frisee-mango salad.
