Juanes at the American Airlines Arena

Parce, for those not versed in Colombian-speak, is akin to papo, if you're Cuban, papi for Puerto Ricans, tigre to Dominicans, Mexicans' guey and ... Well, you get the picture.

However, P.A.R.C.E. is also the title of Juanes' just dropped, highly anticipated sixth studio album.

It's been a full three years since the Colombian singer-songwriter and all around Latin icon released his acclaimed, Grammy-winning La Vida es... un Ratico, though it might not feel like it. That could be because of the success of singles "Me Enamora," "Gotas de Agua Dulce," "Tres," "Odio Por Amor," and "Hoy Me Voy." Not to mention that he also released La Vida es... un Ratico: En Vivo a year later, the album's successful live follow-up.

No surprise, Juanes seems destined for achievement once again with this latest effort, which is already on its second single, "Y No Regresas," following a rather auspicious lead off in "Yerbatero."
