I, Robot

What happens when angry robot sluts attack? If you’re a brave soul who’s willing to risk potential public embarrassment for a night of gut-busting belly laughs, this is your chance to find out. Just the Funny Theater (3119 Coral Way, Miami), home of Miami’s own improv comedy troupe, is launching a new sketch/improv masterpiece dubbed When Angry Robot Sluts Attack! And because improv is an interactive sport, audience members are always involved. The show was crafted by members of the theater’s always-hilarious Mainstage Cast. They, along with the theater’s Mix Team, will perform the riotous works of art onstage. The improv portion will include the team’s signature theater games, in which audience members can contribute their brilliant suggestions, and then there’s the audience participation portion. Shy types need not apply. The material is rated PG to PG-13, so it’s fine for most folks, but much of the humor isn’t geared toward young children, so they’d likely be bored. Kids under the age of 16 should come with a parent.
