It's not easy having eyes all over the scene, being around to take in all the wild visuals at all the worthwhile places in the city. There are, however, those parties and gallery openings where a fortunate photographer can point and shoot. Every week, in collaboration with World Red Eye, New Times brings you a solid recap of all the recent experiences you may have missed around Miami. March 21, Second-Annual Taste of Tennis Miami at W South Beach
The second-annual Taste of Tennis Miami brought together tennis fans and foodies to W South Beach Hotel & Residences. Tennis personalities were paired with some of Miami’s best chefs to serve up a unique food-tasting experience. Two of the duos were former world-number-one professional tennis player Arantxa Sánchez Vicario and chef Dustin Ward of BLT Prime; and Canadian world-number 42 player Genie Bouchard and Chef Timon Balloo of Sugarcane Raw Bar Grill. 
March 22, Tennis for Brunch, Presented by Lacoste at Soho Beach House
Lacoste, along with professional tennis player Jérémy Chardy and USTA strength and conditioning specialist Rodney Marshall, held a Tennis for Brunch workout session at Soho Beach House in Miami to celebrate the brand’s sponsorship of the Miami Open.

It was a fashion-forward afternoon as Neiman Marcus Coral Gables hosted a luncheon honoring Daniel Wingate, fashion director for Escada. Wingate presented Escada's spring/summer 2016 collection to more than 50 guests.
