A Party with Heart

So you survived the Thanksgiving tryptophan massacre, but that only means the holiday party season is officially in full gear. This year we suggest you take time out of your grueling schedule of celebrating to eat, drink, and dance for a good cause. Tonight’s first annual Unlock the Cells is just what the doctor ordered. Hosted by the Sabrina Cohen Foundation, the event will be a potpourri of cocktails and couture in the name of raising funds for stem cell research. It’s only $50 for a fab night of charity at the Palms South Beach.

In addition to hot tunes, delicious goodies, and gratis cocktails will be the official launch of the Free the Stem Cells clothing line, a quirky line of apparel that takes an in-your-face approach to diseases that plague hundreds of thousands of Americans. “I started the Free Stem Cells line of T-shirts to be bold and progressive because I wanted to bring in an edge that’s a little bit different,” says organization founder and event organizer Sabrina Cohen. Visit www.freethestemcells.com to check out the bold tees. Better yet, call 305-968-8024 or visit www.sabrinacohenfoundation.org to get your ticket to the shindig.
