If you’re kicking yourself because you didn’t take advantage of Miami Spice, the restaurant promotion giving gourmands amazing three-course deals at some of the city’s best and most elusive restaurants, don’t fret — there’s always next year. Or in the case of 15th & Vine Kitchen and Bar (485 Brickell Ave. Miami), there’s all of October.

Perched on the 15th floor of the Viceroy, the American contemporary restaurant has extended its Miami Spice promotion an extra month past the regular September 30 cutoff and made it fall-appropriate. That means 25 dishes to choose from, with eight new items from executive chef Frank Rog. To start, diners can choose one small plate or flatbread, such as the apple, braised bacon, and candied pumpkin seed flatbread or the butternut squash ravioli infused with wild mushrooms and drizzled with a smoked bacon olive oil.

Then comes the main event: something along of the lines of prosciutto-wrapped snapper with braised Savoy cabbage and citrus-soy reduction or delicate sweet potato gnocchi with wild mushrooms and fresh pumpkin. To finish it off, get boozy with one of two desserts inspired by popular cocktails — the Cuba Libre and the bellini.

The prix fixe menu is available for $39 every night through October 31. Call 305-503-0373 or visit 15thandvine.com. Carla Torres
