Little Nicaragua (aka Sweetwater) has plenty of options for authentic eats -- but most haven't held their ground for a full 15 years like El Madrono. The simple surroundings yield affordable, tasty options. And a hearty, delicious lunch for around $10 is far from common in MIA. Go for the churrasco, carne asada or salpicon. Nosh on maduros (friend plantains) and gallo pinto (rice and beans). Wash it down with Nica's favorite beverage, cacao. And don't forget dessert - tres leches, anyone?
