This is certainly they case with Carybé's murals that were scheduled to be torn from John F. Kennedy Airport in New York. So when Odebrecht, a Brazilian construction firm working with Miami International Airport, heard the news, it got help from American Airlines who agreed to donate the murals, have them restored and hung at MIA's South Terminal where it now greets passengers arriving from international flights.
