Comic-Con 2016 officially opened in San Diego on Thursday, July 21. In Hall H, Oliver Stone and the cast of Snowden debuted the film's second trailer. Luc Besson shared the first footage from his new film, Valerian and the City of a Thousand Planets. The Marvel booth hosted a cast signing of the new Marvel Netflix series Luke Cage. And the 2016 MTV Fandom Awards and MTV Fandom Fest took over Petco Park for its third annual celebration of movies, TV, music, theater and video games.
