New Times' Iron Fork returned this year bigger and better than ever. Serving as the kick-off event for Miami Spice, it brought a sampling city's best restaurants together at the Adrienne Arsht Center. But the real show was the head-to-head battle between chefs Jamie DeRosa (Tongue & Cheek) and Giorgio Rapicavoli (Eating House) during the Iron Fork competition. In the end, Rapicavoli took home the title of Iron Fork champion.

This event was completely oversold. The main tent was so crowded. God forbid there was a fire or emergency there would have been hundreds of casualties. But I bet the organizers made their money and that's the important part . Thanks for nothing !!

Had the worst time ever at this event, never going again!

Sadly deficient. I have attended past MiamiSpice events, and this one was by far the worst. Overcrowded, very disorganized and overpriced for the quality of what was displayed.. Added to the delusion, was the parking fee, and other tent-like problems.. Get it together to prevent a better organized event for us Miamians and for tourists!!!!!!!
