Sunday's Miami Dolphin game against the Houston Texans might have ended in disappointment but there was still plenty of star wattage at Land Shark Stadium including appearances by minority owners Jennifer Lopez, Marc Anthony and Venus Williams, as well as a performance by Cheap Trick.

Wednesday night, ESPN held the Miami premiere of The U, a documentary of the University of Miami football program, at the historic Lyric Theatre in Overtown. In attendance were director Bill Corben and musician Luther Campbell as well as many former players.
