After leaving BLT Steak at the Betsy, chef Sam Gorenstein teamed up with Roger Duarte of George Stone Crab to open My Ceviche in Miami Beach's South of Fifth neighborhood. "My Ceviche is a fantastic and unpretentious addition to a tony South Beach neighborhood," concludes Lee Klein.
