Early Saturday morning, March 17, patrons pitched tents and lined the block with lawn chairs from J. Wakefield on NW 23rd Street almost all the way down to North Miami Avenue for the much anticipated bottle release of one of the brewery's most popular sours. Select quantities of its Dragon Fruit Passion Fruit Berliner Weisse and a release of Big Poppa, an imperial stout with hints of coffee, coconut and vanilla, along with two other imperial stouts were bottled, boxed, and sold to a thirsty, eager crowd. Beer bootcamp assembled a team and set up shop in the parking lot for a morning workout before the release.
