Normally the dog days of summer signifies a slow down for art walk with many of the major galleries closed. But this year it was business as usual for Second Saturday with new exhibits at Locust Projects, Hardcore Art Contemporary Space, Robert Fontaine Gallery, and more.

this months artwalk was my first time out during this night.
One of the most memorable places i visited was a graffiti gallery for artist erni vales. what sparked my interest was his history with david la chapelle as the artist behind all of the awesome photo back drops. i checked out his website: www.evlworld.com
