This Wednesday and Thursday (and every remaining Wednesday and Thursday in October), chef Dewey LoSasso will prepare a three-course dinner to match three wines selected by the restaurant's sommelier, Gino Santangelo.
The menu changes weekly, but enjoy dishes such as porcini seared sea scallops and spice-rubbed duck, and end on a sweet note with the Forge's famous soufflé.
