The Place: Devon Seafood & Steak
The Vittles: Choose selections from the three-course V-Day prix fixe menu for two. Menu highlights include Maine lobster bisque, freshly shucked oysters, char-crusted ahi tuna, seared sea scallops, and, for dessert, vanilla bean crème brûlée, apple croustade, and berries 'n' cream.

The Place: JohnMartin's
The Vittles: Guests choose a three-course dinner from options such as angel hair pasta with shrimp, crab, and scallops in a vodka cream sauce; tender filet mignon with château potatoes, braised spinach, and carrots sticks in a béarnaise sauce; pan-seared salmon over spinach and arugula salad with walnuts, berries, tomatoes, and a raspberry-mint dressing; and, to satisfy sweet cravings, choose between a strawberry Romanoff in a meringue nest or a chocolate brownie with Bailey's Irish cream and berry garnish.

The Place: Blue Collar
The Vittles: Like the name implies, Blue Collar is keeping the evening's menu simple: jumbo lump crab cake with pickled mango and apple rum butter; pan-roasted filet mignon with chorizo-Manchego-stuffed potato, haricots verts and red-wine pan sauce; and, for dessert, Heath Bar and butterscotch bread pudding served with cayenne whipped cream and berries.

The Place: Fabien's the Island Bistro The Vittles: In addition to the full menu available a la carte, the prix fixe Valentine's Day menu offers a bottle of wine per couple, French onion soup, Mediterranean salad, salmon risotto, or steak with mushroom sauce, rice and asparagus, and dessert. The Details: Valentine's Day dinner will be served during regular business hours and complimentary parking is available. For reservations, call 305-364-5512. The Price: $49 per person.
