Dunkin' Donuts and Krispy Kreme are giving away Homer Simpson's favorite snack via Facebook promotions. Both offers are good all day, June 3.

Krispy Kreme is giving away a free donut to anyone who stops by one of their corporate stores (there are two in Miami and two in Broward if you're heading north). No purchase is required, just ask for your freebie. You can choose any variety, but eating a Krispy Kreme other than classic glazed is considered a crime in some parts of the world, we think. The free donut offer isn't good at other retailers who sell Krispy Kremes, by the way.

Find a Krispy Kreme nearest you with their handy store locator.

Dunkin' Donuts is offering a free donut... with a catch. You have to buy a beverage to get the free donut. But think if it this way: you're going to want a coffee or something to go with the donut anyway.

There are so many Dunkin' Donuts stores you probably can't swing a donut without it landing on one, but just in case, here's Dunkin's store locator.
