Sailor Jerry Rum is as much a lifestyle as a rum. Named after iconic tattoo artist Norman "Sailor" Jerry, this aged Caribbean rum is blended with ginger, cinnamon, clove, vanilla, and other spices to make it strong and smooth, reminiscent of traditional Navy rum.
Sailor Jerry is also known for its Sailor Jerry girls, a bevy of tattooed beauties that evoke the spirit of the 1940's WWII pin-up girl -- if those gals were allowed to decorate their bodies in ink.
Thankfully, in 2012, women are free to enjoy both tattoos and rum and Sailor Jerry is celebrating with a casting call to search for a gorgeous, tattooed woman to be featured in the November 2012 edition of Inked magazine.
Casting call parties are being held throughout Florida
-- with a stop today, August 9, in Coconut Grove.
If
you're a woman 25 or over with beautiful body art and a smile to match,
come out to Sandbar Sports Grill from 6:30 to 9:30 p.m. for a shot at a feature
in November's Inked and a $1,000 cash prize.
Or, just come to cheer on
the gals and enjoy a little Sailor Jerry rum, while you're at it.
