- Pork Chops
- A Yellow Pepper
- A Red Pepper
- A Green Pepper
- Crushed Red Pepper Seeds
- Canola Oil or E.V.O.O.
- Two Garlic Cloves
- Salt and Pepper
- Cajun Seasoning
- White Wine
"I chopped up all the veggies and threw them in a pan with canola oil, crushed red pepper seeds and a garlic clove that I smashed with a knife. They started cooking as I peeled potatoes and started them boiling with another smashed garlic clove. After about 5 mins I added pork-chops. Then I seasoned each side of the pork chops with cajun seasoning. After cooking for another 5 mins I drizzled on some white wine. Cover and flip pork-chops occasionally.
"After potatoes are ready... drain the water and smash them with a touch of butter and milk. Finally fill your plate with a pork chop and veggies. Then pour the Wine Sauce over everything. It's spicy, tasty and delicious."
