Baby it's cold outside, which means you'll need some piping-hot ramen noodles with smoked pork courtesy of Jeremiah Bullfrog or potent drinks from Cricket Nelson to keep your body temperature on the high side.
Good news: both are available this weekend, along with two brunches. One is a music and gin-laden finale at Tongue & Cheek tomorrow, whilst the other brings the joy of unlimited pisco sours to your Sunday afternoon. That's in addition to the endless amounts of ceviche and macarons you can now have every Sunday as part of La Mar's new brunch spread.

Get Your Noodle On at Noodle Head
If you consider yourself a noodle head then do yourself a favor and check out Jeremiah Bullfrog's aptly named shipping container Noodle Head. You can find it a couple of lots behind Wood Tavern. Just look out for the carnival-esque sign that says Eat. The name of the game here is noodles (all kinds of pasta shapes with toppings like brisket ragu), but given the weather you'll want to go with the ramen special, which is being served tonight. It includes smoked pork, fresh noodles, spicy broth, kale, brocollini, and an egg cooked to order.
Cricket Nelson Serves You Drinks at Wunder Bar
When you think of women in Miami that know how to make a mean drink, one name comes to mind: Cricket Nelson. Well, the master mixologist has been tasked with curating the cocktail program at Wunder Bar, a cozy bar at Circa 39 soft-opening today. Order yourself up a guarapo cocktail served in a handmade bamboo glass, or maybe a whole organic green coconut is more your style. It comes with a shot of your preferred rum on the side. If you want to skip the fruit, you can always just do a rum flight. Nelson is serving that up too, and lots more. So swing by and grab a seat at the kitchen bar, in the communal dining room table, living room, or outside by the pool. "It's like our own little home," says Nelson.
Cooking Classes at Azul
Azul's William Crandall recently cooked at the James Beard house for the first time, so he's feeling a little giddy. To celebrate, he's decided to share his culinary knowledge with those less fortunate by way of a series of cooking classes. The first one is happening tomorrow and the theme is "The Holiday Table" where presumably you'll learn to make stuff that can translate to your upcoming seasonal festivities. Azul is putting their renovated marble-clad open kitchen to good use. Priced at $175 per person, the class includes cooking notes, hands-on instruction by Crandall through all three courses, which will be paired by a premium selection of wines chosen by sommelier Todd Phillips, and an Azul apron. The only drawback is the classes are a bit too early, so if you want to get your cookery on, you need to be there at 9:30. Yeah, we told you it was early. Jukebox & Gin Brunch Finale at Tongue & Cheek
Wave goodbye to the Tongue & Cheek's Jukebox & Gin musical brunch series with some lemon ricotta pancakes, huevos rancheros, and cheddar chicken and waffles accompanied by bottomless Bloody Marys or perfectly crafted gin and tonics. The jazzy and boozy brunch series is wrapping up tomorrow with Miami mainstay Brendan O'Hara who'll serenade you whilst you do what you do best: drink and eat. Brunch service begins at 11 a.m. and includes gratis coffee service to wake you right up. O'Hara will perform from noon to 2 p.m.

It's Sunday and naturally you want brunch, but your tired of the common brunch fare. You want something other than chicken and waffles, eggs benedict, and steak and eggs. The elaborate brunch spread includes ceviche and tiradito stations that, in addition to both of the Peruvian staples, will also proffer causas and Peruvian-style sushi. But it doesn't end there. Eevery table will be graced with a chaufa aeropuerto, La Mar's signature Chinese fried rice with pork and shrimp omelet. You'll also get to choose one a la carte entree per person, whether it be jalea frita, lomo saltado, grouper chorillana, or plancha anticuchero. The decision is yours. A tower of macarons, truffles, and other sweets awaits you once you've wrapped up your Peruvian feast. Cost is $85 per person and include unlimited booze in the form of pisco sours, champagne, or traditional mimosas and bloody marys.
