Weekend starts now!

National Ceviche Day is Saturday -- Wish for Fish
Have you been outside yet? Summer in Miami has arrived, bringing with it 95-degree days with 100 percent humidity in the air. We don't know about you, but a huge stuffed pork chop or porterhouse with mashed potatoes just sounds too heavy about now. What does sound appealing?
The bright flavors of a good, fresh ceviche. Fresh seafood, kissed by citrus and spices is what we crave when the temperature rises. Coincidentally, tomorrow just happens to be National Ceviche Day with some of the best places in Miami celebrating with specials. Here are our five favorite spots to enjoy seafood so fresh, it just might slap you.
