Pubbelly's Jose Mendin and PB Station's executive chef Guillermo Concha will join forces with Barceloneta's Juliana Gonzalez to prepare a four-course menu, with each course including a dish from each chef. The menu features a selection of small handcrafted dishes that fuse traditional American ingredients with Barceloneta’s Spanish-Mediterranean flavor.
