Monday's aren't so bad, at least not when you have two of the best chefs in town joining forces for a one-night-only, ten-course seafood Spanish feast. Tonight, check out Migniukitchenette (hint: it's Niu Kitchen + Mignonette). If you're still hungry after that, the rest of the week's agenda includes watching the sunset with a bottle of Moët in one hand and oysters on the other, Cajun-style dinner at a French restaurant, and a farm-to-table and craft beer feast with suds by Funky Buddha.

So let's get to it. Week starts now.

Monday

Migniukitchenette
If you're wondering what in the world that name up there means, it's pretty awesomely wicked: the merging of downtown Spanish gem Niu Kitchen and Edgewater's pearl, Mignonette. Tonight you can get a taste of both chef Danny Serfer and Deme Lomas' cooking at the one-night-only, ten-course feast. While the menu hasn't been fully released yet, expect dishes like raw shrimp tartare, lamb braciole, and whatever else Food & Wine's recently nominated best new chef (Domas) and local favorite (Serfer) have up their sleeves. Dinner (7 p.m.) is limited to 40 seats and costs a steep $150 per person, but tax, gratuity, and wine pairings (for ten courses) are included in the price. Consider it money well spent.

Tuesday

Sunset Hour Seaspice
If you want to pop champagne bottles without breaking the bank, Seaspice has introduced a new sunset cocktail hour with none other than bubble king Moët & Chandon. From Tuesdays through Fridays from 4 to 7 p.m. you can get bottles of Imperial bubbly for $75, $2 oysters, $10 large Florida stone crab, and $3 jumbo prawns. If you for some reason don't like it raw, $7 sliders, octopus bites, and pata negra croquetas will pair just as well with champagne. There's worse ways to spend a Tuesday.

Wednesday

Cajun-Style Wine Dinner at DB Bistro
When you think DB Bistro Moderne, you inevitably think loup de mer, foie gras burger, and frog legs. Swing by Wednesday, however, and you'll chow down on dishes like escargot with fennel and Pernod, Cajun barbecue shrimp with stone-ground white cheddar grits, and crawfish etouffee with carnaroli rice. That's cause it's the first installment of their Miami's Own Wine Dinner 2015 series. In other words, there will be exceptional wine pairings for all four courses courtesy of sommelier Alan Feldman. Hosted by PBS's Art Loft Kalyn James, the evening will give guests the chance to mingle with the movers and shakers of Miami's arts and culture community. Tickets cost $85 per person. Reception begins at 7 followed by dinner at 7:30 p.m.

Thursday

Funky Buddha Dinner at Sea Level Restaurant & Ocean Bar
We know what you're thinking: "Fort Lauderdale is a whole other city away." True, but it's really just a 25-minute drive. If that still seems like a trek, just think about the light at the end of the tunnel (so to speak). In this case, that's a five-course farm-to-table beer craft pairing dinner at Sea Level Restaurant & Ocean Bar, located at the Fort Lauderdale Marriott Harbor Beach Resort & Spa at 3030 Holiday Dr. And the suds are courtesy of none other than local brewer Funky Buddha. What you'll be eating and drinking: house-made burrata with Floridian hefeweizen; Sebastian inlet clams with Benton's bacon, Paradise Farms kale and On Top blonde ale; miso marinated cobia with pork fried rice, celery root puree and citrus foam paired with a Hop Gun IPA; NY strip steak topped with black garlic compound butter and duck fat potatoes with Doc Brown Ale; and chocolate hazelnut torte with Bailey's and mascarpone cream and a barrel-aged Muy Bonito ale for the finish. Dinner is priced at $75 per person (excluding tax and gratuity) and starts at 6:30 p.m. with a beer and lemonade welcome reception. In case you need the extra 25 minutes to drive, dinner starts at 7 p.m.
