Prix-Fixe Lunch Menu at Alter
For anyone who loves a great deal, we have good news — Alter's Miami Spice lunch menu is here to stay. Executive chef Brad Kilgore will continue to offer the prix-fixe option this fall after the meal showed to be a success during Spice season. The $29 menu will include previously offered items such as the blue crab shumai and BLT. New additions include a risotto with royal shrimp, dill, and Boursin; and duck leg confit with pearl onion kimchi, young cabbage, cashew condiment, and black garlic. Favorites like the soft egg and flank steak will be available as additions. A five-course chef tasting menu is also available. For more information and reservations, visit altermiami.com.
