Jeff McInnis to Open Root & Bone in New York's Alphabet City
McInnis opens a NYC restaurant.
Last evening, we received a Facebook invitation from Jeff McInnis to "like" a new restaurant. We immediately clicked over to the page and discovered that the handsome chef is opening a restaurant in New York's Alphabet City neighborhood.
Root & Bone, to be located at 200 E 3rd Street, is a collaboration between McInnis and Janine Booth. Booth and McInnis worked together in Miami at various restaurants.
The two chefs have something else in common - Top Chef. While McInnis is an alum of the Bravo cooking competition, Booth is a current competitor.
Jeff McInnis makes fried chicken at Starchefs.

Although the menu isn't set, look out for fried chicken, as evidenced by McInnis's Starchefs demo.
The restaurant is set to open early 2014 -- enough time to plan a trip to New York for a much-needed fried chicken run!
