Herb Marinated Beef Tenderloin

Here's a video of Chef Odel Arencibia from The Capital Grille Miami broiling up some herb-marinated beef tenderloin served on a crostini base with tomatoes, peppers, and onions. I tend to believe all meat tastes best off a wood-burning grill, but a high-quality cut of tenderloin marinated ten hours in an herb mixture is gonna taste good whether you broil it or microwave it.

This video also emphasizes the importance of an organized kitchen. Check out how all the ingredients are prepped and separated for an efficient cooking process. Personally, my kitchen prep consists of opening the sardines can at the right time to throw 'em on a hot plate of ramen noodles, but hey, least I recognize when other people do it right.
