Food Trucks Out Tonight & Truckin' Good Pizza

Jed Thompson isn't playing around with his pizza mobile, Truckin' Good Pizza. In order to make the most authentic pizza available on the road, he drove to New York to pick up a wood-fired pizza oven to place on his vehicle. The result? Pizza that's perfectly crispy and charred.

Truckin' Good offers five different flavors like the Classico Apizza with fresh tomatoes, grated pico Romano cheese, olive oil and optional anchovies. Meat lovers will dig the Amante Della Carne with sweet Italian sausage, pepperoni, mushrooms, red onions, fresh mozzarella, and San Marzano tomato sauce.

Truckin' Good is set to roll out this week, but won;t be hitting round-ups down south, to midtown Miami, and in Kendall this evening. After the jump, check out details for tonight. There's a location close to you.

Peterson's Harley Davidson South hosts its weekly rally. The showroom remains open while dinner is served from 6 to 10 p.m. Plenty of parking, music and bikes make this a cool option. Trucks include: Aarons Catering Express, Catered Bliss, Chef on Wheels, Esther's Caribbean Grill, Shao Roma Romanian, Tango Grill, and Wing Commander 19825 South Dixie Highway, Miami

Kendall Car Wash is the scene of the mini roundup in Kendall tonight from 6 to 10 p.m. Three classic food trucks represent your basic food groups - Asian, Burger and Seafood. Look out for Latin Burger, The Fish Box and Dim Ssam a Gogo. 9750 N. Kendall Drive, Miami

Midtown Miami will be able to get dinner from a variety of mobile options. Trucks rally behind the Publix on 48th and Biscayne from 5:30 to 10 p.m. and include: Jefe's Original Fish Taco, Caza Crepes, Dolci Pecatti Gelato, The MexZican, MonTaco, Ms.Cheezious, Red Koi, and Sugar Yummy Mama.
