Miami-based Digital Decaf will film a segment of its documentary about food trucks tonight at BTTR.
The company has been filming food trucks all over Miami for the past few months. Their goal is to capture the history of the food truck scene in Miami, as well as highlight a day in the life of a food truck owner -- from shopping for supplies to prep work to meal service -- at a truck roundup.
The company then plans to expand the concept to other cities as part of a full series about food trucks. A release date has not yet been announced.
